Cuidado extra com o cabelo... / Extra hair care...

Sempre tive uma farta cabeleira, grosso, forte, de tal forma que uso o cabelo escadeado desde muito nova porque inteiro estava fora de questão, no entanto com todos os problemas e nervos acabou por ficar afectado, escureceu, ficou mais fino e cai com facilidade. Para além de estar a tomar umas vitaminas resolvi experimentar algo que a minha amiga me tinha falado, uma escova que desembaraça o cabelo sem o danificar tanto como uma escova normal. Quando fui à Wells comprar vi ao lado uns elásticos que supostamente também são menos agressivos para o cabelo e resolvi trazer também, já os tinha visto antes mas não achei que funcionassem. A escova já experimentei e realmente desembaraça sem arrancar cabelos, gostei :)

I've always had very strong, thick air that I even had to wear it layered since a very young age, the other way was out of the question, however with all the problems I'm dealing and my nerves it has been darker, weaker, thinner and falls very easily. Aside of the vitamins I'm having, I thought about trying somenthing a friend had told me about, a brush that untanggles the hair without damaging it as mucha as a regular brush. I went to Wells to buy it and saw some hair bands that are suposed to be less agressive to the hair as well, so I bought them too, I've seen them before but didn't think it would work. I've tryied the brush already and it really works, liked it :)

Não sei se já tinha dito mas gosto muito de agendas, aliás de material de escritório em geral, têm que caber na mala mas ter espaço para escrever. A minha prima todos os anos me oferece uma que adoro, mas como não chega no início do ano e gostava de não a estragar fui à procura de outra no final do ano passado, e encontrei esta...

I don't know If I already said this but I like planners a lot, well office supplies in general, they have to fit in my bag but have space to write on them. My cousin gives me one every year that I love, but it doesn't arrive in the beggining of the year and I didn't want to ruin it so i went looking for another at the end of last year, and I found this one...

De volta... / Back home...

Não foi hoje, já foi ontem mas isto de viajar com os meus pequenos e ter que andar a montar e desmontar grades é cansativo. Já estou a tratar de algumas coisas deles ficarem logo lá para que não tenha que andar sempre com tudo atrás, para já ficaram as jaulas, terei que fazer mais uma poupançazinha para arranjar umas grades para ficarem lá também :)
Assim que começámos a carregar o carro, o sol começou a brilhar com intensidade...opá, a sério??? Parece de propósito, mas pronto, pode ser que consigamos volta no próximo fim de semana. O dia de hoje foi para ir às compras, pôr roupa a lavar e relaxar, nem me apetece ir deitar para não ter que me levantar cedo amanhã e lidar com os problemas...vou enroscar-me no sofá a colocar a leitura dos blogues em dia :)

Not today, we returned yesterday but traveling with my furry little ones and having to assemble bars is tyering. I'm alright making some arranjments for some of the thing to stay there so I don't have to keep bringing everything everywhere, fot the moment, their cages stayed there and I'm going to make a little saving to get more bars to stay ther as well :)
As sson as we started to load the car, the sun begun to shine brighter....man...really??? It seemed it was on purpose, but ok, we might be able to go back there next weekend. Today was all about doing some grocery shopping, washing the laundry and relaxing, I don't even feel like going to bed so I don't have to get up early and deal with the problems....I'm going to curl up on the sofa and catch up my blog reading :)

E ainda bem que eu não tenho um intermarché pertinho de minha casa, aqui tenho que me deslocar para mais longe para ir a qualquer supermercado e depois têm 3 mesmo ao lado uns dos outros, porque isto é delicioso!!! e engorda!!!

And I'm glad I don't have an Intermarché close to home, in here I have to go some distance to find a supermarket, and then we find 3 right next to each other, because this is delicious!!! and fatening!!

Pelo menos temos mais luz e estrago.. / At least we have more light and damage...

Agora o estrago :( adoro café, mas como tenho um problema no estomago, costumo beber café de filtro, a minha mãe ofereceu-me uma máquina quando eu andava na faculdade, pois como trabalhava de dia e tinha aulas à noite, era necessário consumir muita cafeína para ajudar. Resolvi trazê-la comigo nestas mini-férias, e o pior aconteceu...caiu a parte de vidro ao chão e partiu-se em mil pedaços.... A minha mãe que é uma querida já me ofereceu outra que fomos comprar ao supermercado, mas eu gostava tanto daquela...enfim...

Now the damage :( I love coffee, but because I have a stomach problem, I usually drink filter coffee instead of only expressos, my mother gave me a filter coffe maker when I was in college, because I worked by day and had classes by night , it was a necessity to consume lots os cafein to help. I remembered to bring it with me on this mini-hollydays, and the worst happened....the glass part fell to the floor and broke into a million pieces...My mother who is a sweetheart alright bought me another that we went to the supermarket to get, but I loved the other one sooo...oh well...

Chegámos ao destino... / Arrived at destination....

Férias forçadas finalmente cheguei!! Não posso dizer que estou em êxtase porque desde pequena que evito vir para aqui, é mais barato porque a família tem um pequeno apartamento aqui, mas é frioooo, e não estou a falar só da água. Fomos almoçar à esplanada da praia e vejam bem a vista, apetece dar um mergulho?

Forced vacations, I finally arrived!! Can't say that I'm in extasys because ever sice I was little I try not to come here, it's cheaper because my family owns a little apartment here, but it's coldddddd, and I'm not just talking about the water. We went to lunch at the bar by the beach and look at the view, are you up for a dive?

E fazem ideia do que é viajar com os meu dois peludinhos que não se dão juntos???Nem vos conto, mas lá consegui uma solução para os manter contentes e separados, claro que têm um espaço mais pequeno do que costumam ter em casa, mas a vida é assim, normalmente quando vamos de férias temos menos espaço do que em casa não é verdade? Terão sempre um tempo de brincadeira cá fora :)

And do you have any ideia what it is to travel with my two furry guys that don't get along??? I'm not even going to tell you, but I managed to find a solution to keep them happy and apart, of course they have a smaller space that back home , but that's life, usually when one goes on vacation one has less room that back home right? They'll always have a little play time outside :)

Provavelmente sou a única pessoa que não sabia disto.../ I'm probably the only person that didn't knew this....

Mas a pen da banda larga da Vodafone de carregamento tem prazo de validade se não for carregada...ia eu hoje toda lampeira para a carregar porque o médico mandou-me de "férias forçadas" para descansar, e eu ia aproveitar para passar uns dias fora, e quando me dá número inválido em todo o lado. Tive que ir para uma loja da Vodafone resolver o problema comprando um novo, vá lá que comprando por 5 euros e carregando mais 15 euros se ficam com 50 horas de navegação, o equivalente a 50 euros. Ah, e tenho de a carregar de 3 em 3 meses e fica completamente desactivada ao fim de 6 meses sem utilização. Pronto já tenho desculpa para ir passar mais fins de semana fora, é para usar a pen! Agora não tenho força para me enfiar no carro com os meus coelhinhos e ir a lado nenhum. Vou esperar até amanhã de manhã para começar as férias...

But the portable brad band from Vodafone has an expiration date, if it's not refilled..I was going to fill it today because the doctor told me to take some "forced vacations" to rest, and I was going to go away for a few days, and the number is invalid everywhere. I hado to go to a Vodafone store to solve the problem, by buying a new card, but al least buying it for 5 euros and filling with more 15 euros gives me 50 hours to surf the web, wich is worth 50 euros. O and I have to refill it every 3 months, after 6 it dies. Well at least I have an excuse to go away fr the weekend more, I have to spend the broad band! Now I don't have the strengh to get on the car with my bunnies and go anywhere, I'll wait until tomorow morning to start my vacations..

Sobremesas light... / ..Light desserts

Este género eu já faço há algum tempo seguindo as instruções da minha nutricionista da altura, mas agora no supermercado vi que a danone estava com o mesmo tipo de sobremesas, e claro que eu tive que trazer para experimentar, afinal um dos meus grandes problemas são as sobremesas....ainda por cima estavam em promoção, no jumbo.

This kind I've made them a long time ago following the instructions of my then nutricionist, but now in te supermarket I found that danone was making the same kind of desserts, and of course I had to get them so I can try it, afterall one of my bigger problems are desserts...and they were even on sale at the store

Pela primeira vez... / For the first time....

...em 36 anos sou a feliz detentora de um enrolador de pestanas!!!! É a primeira vez que tenho 1, sempre achei que se tratava de um instrumento medieval para tortura dos cílios, mas hoje, porque me maquilhei para a tal reunião, voltei a sentir que as minhas pestanas se pegam umas com as outras especialmente com o rímel, e lembrei-me que isto era capaz de resolver o problema, será? Ou então fico sem pestanas :)

In 36 years I'm the happy owner of an eyelash curler!!!! It's the first time I have 1, always thought that it was an medieval instrument ment to torture te eyelashes, but today, because I putted on make up for the meeting, I felt that my eyelashes get tangled on each others, specially with mascara on, so I thought that this might solve my problem, can it be? Or else I'll end up with no eyelashes :)

E mais uma vez a Mango salvou-me../ Once again Mango saved my life...

Lá consegui encontrar algo que não fosse muito caro, e que pudesse usar na reunião, peço desculpa por não se ver bem na foto, mas foi à pressa :) Calcei uns saltos que me fizeram doer os pés (pois os quilos a mais pelo menos a mim impossibilitam-me de usar saltos) Missão cumprida, senti-me elegante :)

I managed to find something that wasn't too expensive, and that I could use in the meeting, I'm sorry for the photo, but it was in kind of a rush :) I puted some heels that made my feet hurt (yeah, the extra kilos, at least to me, make it impossible to wear heels) Mission acomplished, I felt elegant :)

Stressante é... / Stressfull is....

Avisarem-te hoje que tens uma reunião importante amanhã e não caberes nos teus fatos ou calças sem serem de ganga...tive que ir às lojas procurar por algo barato, que me sirva e não seja desportivo....é desta que fecho a boca!

Letting you know today that you have an important meeting tomorrow and you don't fit in your suits or trousers that are not jeans...had to go to the stores find somehing cheap, that fits me and not sporty....that's it, I'm closing my mouth!

Ontem, apesar da preguiça instalada, resolvi tomar o meu pequeno almoço, já com a ideia de desafiar a minha mãe para uma caminhada, ando a adiar tempo demais, e a ela também faz muita falta. No pequeno almoço resolvi experimentar uma bebida de soja que nunca tinha experimentado, sou um bocado esquisita e tenho sempre receio de não gostar das coisas. Experimentei bebida de soja com frutos vermelhos, fresquinho, mas devo dizer que não fiquei fã, achei que era demasiado doce, terei que experimentar outros sabores.

Yesterday, even feeling very lazy, I took my breakfast, already with my mind on going for a walk with my mum, I've been putting this off for too long, and for her is really good too. At breakfast I tried a new soy drink, I've always been afraid to try these things because I'm picky. I tried a soy drink with red fruit flavour, but didn't quite like it, it was too sweet, I'll have to try other flavours.

Today was a day to rest, these weeks have been complicated, so today it was relax day, had my healthy breakfast, greek yogurt with granola and chia seeds and a yellow apple

Tempo de qualidade e mais compras... / Quality time and more shopping...

Este foto é de ontem de manhã, às vezes a Thor fica um pouco agitada e eu costumo pegar nela e deitar-me com ela ao lado para ir dando miminhos, e depois apetece-nos ficar assim:

E ontem também tive que ir comprar verdurinhas para os peludos lá de casa e passei na Women's Secret...pronto não é, mas não, não me estraguei, estavam com "Remate Final" encontrei um pijama muito fofo do Bambi :) a 3,99€, não o  podia deixar lá....e aproveitei e trouxe um perfume de lá porque o que eu estava a usar acabou e eu gosto de variar...

And yesterday I also had to go out to buy some greens for the furry I have at home and passed by Women's Secret...right, but I dind't splurge, they had big sale and I found a very cute Bambi pajama only for 3,99€, couldn't leave it there....I also got a perfume from there because the one I've been using is over and I like to swap around...

A Primark dá cabo de mim, pronto, já nem falando da parte dos pijamas e roupa interior, têm coisas baratas, giras, confortáveis e eu não me perco mais porque não pode ser não é? Agora como engordei uns quilinhos..cof...cof...e apesar de estar a tentar perdê-los tenho de arranjar alguma coisa que me sirva em condições:

Primark kills me, there, I'm not even going to talk about their pajamas and underwear section, they have cheap, cute and confy stuff, and I don't bring more with me every time, because I can't, right? Now that I've gain a little weight...cof...cof... and although I'me tring to loose them, I have to find something that fits me properly right now:

Ok, nem tudo foi roupa, mas o espelho é tão fofo, e os cabides são óptimos porque são finos, dá para colocar mais roupa no roupeiro e as blusas não escorregam...

Ok, not all are clothes, but the mirror is so cute, and the a«hangers are great because they're thin and you can hang more stuff in your wardrobe, and the clothes don't slide off them...

E quando falta a luz no wc e não temos lâmpadas para substituir no momento, o que fazemos? Acendemos umas velas e criamos ambiente..

O tempo está uma porcaria, nem parece que estamos na primavera quanto mais no verão, dia de pôr trabalho em ordem em casa, mas sempre confortável, já tinha dito que adoro o Tambor ??

The weather is crappy, doesn't even seems that is springtime nontheless summer, it's time to get some work in order at home, but always comfy, have I already said that I love Thumper??
