Decoração de Outuno ... / Fall Decor ...

Ando numa de arranjar peças "outonais" para decorar os cantinhos da casa nesta altura do ano. Com um bocadinho de trabalhos manuais arranjei um novo centro de mesa :)

I'm going throw a fase of getting "octonal" pieces to decorate some corners of the house in this time of the year. With a little crafts I got a new centerpiece :)

 Tive uma ajuda especial do meu sobrinho mais novo que adora manualidades ..
I had a special help from my youngest nephew that loves doing crafts ...

E comprei uma vela no IKEA muito outonal também
 And I bought a candle in IKEA that is very octonal as well

Poupança ... / Savings ....

Tenho uma mania de poupar moedas de 2 euros, as que me vierem parar à carteira não são gastas, são colocadas no meu mocho. Às vezes aparecem-me algumas como por vezes estou semanas sem me aparecer nenhuma, e estou tão habituada a isto que não consigo gastar uma moeda de 2 euros, não consigo mesmo....

I have a thing of saving every 2 euro coin that comes to my wallet, I place them in my owl. Sometimes I get a few and sometimes weeks go by without a single one, and I'm so used to this that I can't spend a 2 euro coin, I really can't ....

Miminhos ... / Cuddles ...

A minha coelhinha Thor é a mais traquina  e tem mau feitio, mas também é a que é mais carente, muitas vezes começa a empurrar as grades e só pára quando a vou buscar e lhe dou miminhos.

My little bunny Thor is the temperamental one, she has a bad temper, but she is also the needy one, sometimes she starts pushing her bars away and only stops when I pick her up to cuddle.

Liquidificadora e batido... / Blender and shake....

Finalmente fui em frente e comprei uma liquidificadora, escolhi esta porque é pequena e se coloca o copo directamente, também confio na marca, o que ajuda:

I finally did it and bought a blender, I chose this one because it's small and you put the bottle directly in there, I also trust the brand, that helps:

Para a experimentar resolvi fazer um batido que encontrei na net que dizia ajudar a combater a fome ...hummm

To test it I thought I would make a shake that I found online and claimed to help stop the hunger ...hummm

Não era mau, mas para além de me deixar um peso no estomago não achei que tirasse a fome....não me convenceu, vou continuar a experimentar receitas

It wasn't all that bad, but apart from leaving a weight on my stomach I didn't think that it took the hunger away...it didn't work for me, I'll keep trying new shakes

 

Qualquer desculpa é boa... / Any excuse is a good one ...

Até levar a minha mãe a uma consulta perto do Colombo para me desgraçar :)

Even taking my mum to a doctor's appointment near a shopping mall to make spend money :)

Finalmente acabei o amarelo do chapéu... / I finally finished the yellow in the hat...

Os que me conhecem sabem que não simpatizo com o amarelo, não gosto, pronto. Portanto terminar este chapéu do bordado, foi muitooo complicado...

The people who know me know that I dislike yellow, dont' like it, there. So finishing this hat of the embroidery was veyyyy complicated....

Comida preguiçosa... / Lazy food...

Sabem o que é? É aquela que quando chegamos tarde e cansadas nos apetece comer e fazer :)

Do you know what it is? It's the one that when you come late and tired feels like eating and making :)

Ah e aquilo não é chocolate, é uma bebida de soja que resolvi experimentar, gostei 

Ah and that isn't chocolat, it's a soy drink that I decided to try, and I like it

Maçã e manteiga de amendoim crocrante... / Apple and crunchy peanut butter...

É outra ideia para um lanchinho saudável. Tem é que ser comido logo senão a maçã fica com um aspecto pouco saudável ...

It's another idea for and healthy snack. You have to eat it right away though otherwise the apple starts to look a little unhealhty...

Nave espacial... / Space shuttle...

Hoje vim trabalhar numa nave espacial, pelo menos era assim que me sentia...é a vantagem de trabalhar numa empresa com poucas pessoas, pegamos todos em todos os carros :)

Today I came to work in a space shuttle, at least it was like I felt... the perks of working in a company with less people, we all ride in everybody's cars :)

 

Coisas importantes... / Important stuff...

Regressar e ver que há progressos na relação destes dois (pelo menos durante a viagem de carro)

Coming home and see some progress on these two bonding (at least during the car ride )

Tomar um banhinho e transformar-me em coruja através de roupa de noite :)

Taking a good shower and became an owl trought nightwear :)

Fazer uma máscara facial que já não fazia há pelo menos 2 anos, quando andamos com preocupações nem nos lembramos destas coisas e depois andamos com a pele numa lástima, pelo menos é o que me acontece :(

Face mask that I haven't done for 2 years at least, when our minds have so much to worry about we don't even remember these things and then our skin is a mess, at least that's what happens to me :(

Só vou concentrar-me no bom, nada de fotos de montes de papéis que tenho em cima da mesa...lol

I'm only going to focus on the good stuff, no pictures of the pile of paper that I have on top of the table...lol

Almoço - Lunch

O cacto que a minha mãe tanto queria aqui - The cactus that my mum so wanted here

Os meus pequeninos também vêm, claro - My little ones always tag a long, of course

O início do pôr do sol (vêm a lua a aparecer?) e peço desculpa pelo cabo da electricidade - The beggining of the sunset (see the moon starting to appear?) and I'm sorry for the electricity cable over there

Dá um tom lindo à varanda - It gives such a nice shade to the balcony

Vim passar o fim de semana ao litoral outra vez, tenho de aproveitar mais, mas aqui o sol tarda a nascer e dá uma preguiça...

I camo to the coast for the weekend again, I have to come more, but here the sum comes out late in the morning and it makes me feel sooo lazy..

I could finish this for this year's Fall decorations, but I'm not so sure....

Hoje vou almoçar a casa da mãe por isso só trouxe mesmo lanchinho :)

Today I'm having lunch at my mum's so I only brought snacks :)

Em relação àquela barra low carb, devo dizer que não fiquei grande fã. Ela efectivamente enche, mas é muito consistente, faz-me lembrar aquelas barras que são substitutos de refeição, e muito doce, o objectivo deve ser encher e enjoar...

 About that low carb bar, I must say I wasn't convinced. It does take the hunger away but it's too thick, it reminds me of those bars that act as a substitute for a meal, and also very sweet, I believe it's meant to be really filling...

Aqui está a minha marmita para o dia de hoje, estou a tentar portar-me bem :) e sim, vou comer tudo durante o dia, tenho muita fome, especialmente porque ando a tentar largar os bolos e custa tanto....vou formar um grupo de ajuda: Gulosos Anónimos...
