Como conseguem beber 1.5lt ou 2lt de água e não irem 20 vezes à casa de banho?????

Ovo de dragão - Lush ... / Dragon's Egg - Lush...

Normalmente não sou muito adepta dos banhos de imersão, por uma questão de tempo, de quantidade de água e também porque a minha banheira tem 1.60m e eu tenho 1.68m, ou seja, para além da cabeça fica mais de mim fora e se não estivermos no tempo quente é bastante desconfortável.
No entanto fui à Lush, já tinha vontade de lá ir há algum tempo, conhecer os produtos, sendo naturais, vegan e sem testes em animais, é só vantagens. Chamaram-me à atenção as bombas de banho, o cheirinho é maravilhoso (embora na loja e todas juntas possa ser demais) e resolvi experimentar.
Ovo de dragão foi a escolhida para o test-drive, tem um cheirinho muito agradável e dissolve-se na água libertando laranja e faz um barulho tipo Peta-zeta (lembram-se?), muito engraçado. Gostei, deixou a pele muito macia e bem cheirosa...

Usually I'm not a bath person (I prefer the shower), for the time, the amount of water and because my bathtub is 1.60m and I'm 1.68m, that is, besides my head, something else has to stay out of the water, and if the weather isn't warm, it isn't very nice.
However I went to Lush, I've wanted to go there before, to know some products, being all natural ingredients, vegan and cruelty free, all good stuff. My eye was caught on the bath bombs, the smell is amazing (however in the shop all together is a little too much) and I though I would give it a try.
The Dragon's Egg was the choosen one for the test drive, it smells really nice and it dissolves in the water releasing orange from inside and it also makes a sound of crackling that's very funny. I liked it, it left my skin very smooth and smelling amazing...

A vantagem de ter a mãe a viver no mesmo prédio que nós.... É termos quem nos abra a porta de correr da varanda quando nós trancamos sem querer lá fora.... Mais a sorte do telemóvel estar no bolso do robe.... Isto tudo às 7h45 da manhã... Só eu...

The plus side of having your mother living in the same building as you... Is having someone to open the slidding door of the balcony when we accidentaly lock ourselves outside... Even luckier having my phone on me.... All this at 7h45 am... Only me...

Creme BB Boticário... / BB cream from Boticário...

Queria um creme que ajudasse um pouco a uniformizar a pele mas sem ser base e que me desse um pouco de protecção solar. Claro que ter ingredientes mais naturais e não ser testado em animais é importante para mim. No Boticário sei que encontro bons produtos e pessoas dispostas a ajudar. O meu creme BB é de lá, não enconde as minhas sardas e sinais, mas ajuda no cansaço, não tem tons para escolher, é tão leve que se adapta a todas as peles, tem factor de protecção 15 que acho que é importante, se eu tivesse sempre usado este tipo de produtos não tinha as marcas que tenho hoje, ter a pele clara traz destes problemas. Mas mais vale tarde que nunca, certo?

I wanted a cream  that help to make my skin look better but not a foundation and that also had some protection from the sun. Of course that having natural ingredients and wasn't test on animals is important to me. In Boticario I know that I find good products and people that help me. My BB cream is from there, it doesn't hide my frekkels, but it helps with the tiredness, it doesn't have colours to choose from, it's so light that it suits all skin types, and it has SPF 15 witch I think is important, if I had worn these kind of products before I wouldn't have the sun marks that I have today, being pale has this kind of problems. But better late than never, right?
