A Primark dá cabo de mim, pronto, já nem falando da parte dos pijamas e roupa interior, têm coisas baratas, giras, confortáveis e eu não me perco mais porque não pode ser não é? Agora como engordei uns quilinhos..cof...cof...e apesar de estar a tentar perdê-los tenho de arranjar alguma coisa que me sirva em condições:

Primark kills me, there, I'm not even going to talk about their pajamas and underwear section, they have cheap, cute and confy stuff, and I don't bring more with me every time, because I can't, right? Now that I've gain a little weight...cof...cof... and although I'me tring to loose them, I have to find something that fits me properly right now:

Ok, nem tudo foi roupa, mas o espelho é tão fofo, e os cabides são óptimos porque são finos, dá para colocar mais roupa no roupeiro e as blusas não escorregam...

Ok, not all are clothes, but the mirror is so cute, and the a«hangers are great because they're thin and you can hang more stuff in your wardrobe, and the clothes don't slide off them...

E para terminar, finalmente chegaram as sapatilhas que tinha encomendado da Venca que fazem conjunto com a malinha, ideal para fim de semana e férias

And to finish, finally arrived the shoes that I had ordered from Venca that match a little purse, ideal for weekends and vacations

Se temos que olhar para o lado bom da vida para a aproveitar, então partilho que gosto do local onde trabalho porque tem zona envolvente muito bonita não acham?

If we should look at the bright side of life in order to enjoy it, I'm sharing my love for the location of my workspace because it has beautiful surrondings, don't you think so?

Casa de banho à luz de velas / Bathroom at candle light...

E quando falta a luz no wc e não temos lâmpadas para substituir no momento, o que fazemos? Acendemos umas velas e criamos ambiente..
And when the light in the bathroom dies and we don't have another to put there right away, what do we do? We light some candles and make the mood...

Domingo preguiçoso... / Lazy Sunday...

O tempo está uma porcaria, nem parece que estamos na primavera quanto mais no verão, dia de pôr trabalho em ordem em casa, mas sempre confortável, já tinha dito que adoro o Tambor ??

The weather is crappy, doesn't even seems that is springtime nontheless summer, it's time to get some work in order at home, but always comfy, have I already said that I love Thumper??

Dia de cozinhados / Cooking day

Hoje tirei o dia para cozinhar, não sei bem porquê, e não fiz tudo o que queria, mas fiz o jantar...frango no forno com mel, molho de soja e mostarda (receita de www.receitasdedieta.pt)

Today I took the day for cooking, don't really know why, I still didn't make everything I intended to, but made diner....chicken in the hoven with honey and mustard and soy souce (from www.receitasdedieta.pt)

Comi um pequeno snack..
Had a little snack...

E ainda fiz chili de peru e soja para congelar...
I still managed to make some chili with ground turkey and soy to freeze for later...

Continuando no caminho saudável / Keeping on the healthy track

O meu pequeno almoço foi assim:

 Meio thin integral com matinal, iogurte grego natural com granola e sementes de chia, e um pouco de sumo de maçã e  morango para tomar os medicamentos 

This was my breakfast: half a thin with low fat butter and some greek yogurt with granola and chia seeds, an Apple and strawberry juice for my meds.

O almoço:

Wrap de atum, cebola e cogumelos com salada de alface, cebola e pepino

For lunch I had a tuna with musshroms wrap and a lettucce, onion and cucumber salad

Aproveitar o dia como podemos / Enjoy the day the best way we can

Hoje não me sinto nos melhores dias, mas há dias assim..... O que fazer? Vestir uma t-shirt que a mammy deu

Not felling my best, there are days like that..., what to do? Put on a shirt that mammy have me

E aproveitar o sol a caminho do trabalho ...

And enjoy the sun on my way to work...
