Vim passar o fim de semana ao litoral outra vez, tenho de aproveitar mais, mas aqui o sol tarda a nascer e dá uma preguiça...

Em relação àquela barra low carb, devo dizer que não fiquei grande fã. Ela efectivamente enche, mas é muito consistente, faz-me lembrar aquelas barras que são substitutos de refeição, e muito doce, o objectivo deve ser encher e enjoar...

 About that low carb bar, I must say I wasn't convinced. It does take the hunger away but it's too thick, it reminds me of those bars that act as a substitute for a meal, and also very sweet, I believe it's meant to be really filling...

Era o meu pensamento hoje de manhã no carro, coloquei brilho nos lábios...como vou beber 2 litros de água sem deixar o gargalo da garrafa pegajoso???? E não me falem em palhinhas porque beber 2 litros por palhinha é castigo...
