Era o meu pensamento hoje de manhã no carro, coloquei brilho nos lábios...como vou beber 2 litros de água sem deixar o gargalo da garrafa pegajoso???? E não me falem em palhinhas porque beber 2 litros por palhinha é castigo...

It was what I was thinking this morning as I drove to work, I have lip gloss on my lips....how am I going to drink 2 liters of water without leaving the bottle sticky???? And don't tell me about straws because drinking so much water trough a straw is punishment...

Compras para o frio... / Shopping for the cold....

E como o tempo está para isso fui-me enfiar no centro comercial... E isso nunca acaba muito bem para as minhas finanças, mas em minha defesa, são coisas úteis que preciso. Ainda experimentei um sítio novo ao almoço :)

Compeled by the weather I went to a shopping mall .... And that never ends well for my finances, but on my behalf, I needed everything. And I got to try a new place for lunch :)

Já sabem que adoro relógios.. e andava há tempos há procura de um em dourado rosa que eu gostasse e que não fosse caro já agora. Já estava a desistir, mas ontem encontrei!!! Adoro-o!

You know I love watches... and I've been looking for a rosegold one that I liked and wasn't too expensive. I was almost giving up, but yesterday I found it!! Love it!

Objectivo cumprido!... / Goal reached!!!....

Consegui beber a água ontem, vamos ver se hoje consigo o mesmo, embora tenha os seus senãos: isto de ir à casa de banho tantas vezes torna-se embaraçoso... :)

I managed to drink all the water yesterday, let's see if I can make the same today, altought it has it's catchs: going to the bathroom so many times becames embarassing...... :)

O meu objectivo de hoje é beber 2 litros de água. E claro depois tentar que seja objectivo diário... Todos já ouvimos falar dos benefícios da água, mas nem sempre levamos isso em consideração, por isso...toca a beber água!

My goal today is to drink 2 lts of water. And of course try to make this a daily goal...Everybody already knows the benefits of water, but not always take it in consideration, sooo...let's have a drink of water!
